Internet dating in the black community. (169 hits)
I recenly joined an internet dating site called black people meet. I thought that i would give this site a try because it was black owned and operated. I read the profiles and thought i struck gold, so many black men to choose from and all of them educated, handsome, intelligent i couldn't believe they wanted me . I posted what i really wanted and put my heart and soul on the line only have men prey on my honesty ,beauty and willingness to trust. I got so many hits and went out on a couple of dates thinking maybe i would find my Mr Right,Wrong. To all my sisters that are lookin for true love stay away from this site or enter at your own risk, the choice is yours. I'm going back to the old way of dating- friends and family match-makers. May the lord richly bless all that are seeking unconditional love.
Ok, yes....I agree, I myself would prefer dating and meeting the natural way, you know just bumping into someone, but one thing I can say is that I've tried some online social sites wher you meet people. Some are just not for you, it be all about something else, lol. However there is one that seems to be very clean and honest and you can search by Gender, Race, Nationality, Location and even religion, they even have this cool chat bar...
I'd never trust an online dating site because many of these sites are where predators and perverts hang out.
