The New York Times News Alert: Pakistan Frees American Who Worked for C.I.A., Officials Say (395 hits)

Wednesday, March 16, 2011
American officials on Wednesday won the release of a C.I.A.
contractor under investigation for two counts of murder,
after spending more than six hours at the jail with the
families of the victims, the lawyer for the families told
reporters.

The families accepted payment of blood money, the lawyer
said. He said he thought the C.I.A. contractor, Raymond
Davis, 36, had already left the jail.

The Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah confirmed on
television that the blood money payment has been paid and
that Mr. Davis has been handed over to the U.S. Consul
General.

There's nothing wrong with venting Sister Irma, because I have to vent alot myself. It helps to free the mind and heart of junk. There are many things in this world that aren't right, but what we need to do is make sure we continue to make our voices heard like you are doing. The world wide web is a beautiful way to do just that. Now that we have the web, the news media can't selectively pick and choose what we hear and see. We have the freedom through platform connect sites (BWC, HBCU, BIA) twitter, facebook, utube, and various other social networking media. Thanks for your comments to this blog and I'm really happy for my fellow American to be out free and my heartfelt prayers go out to his loved ones. May they know peace!

THANKS JEN, FOR THIS INFO AS WE LEARN MOE AND MORE EVEN VIA THE MASS MEDIA SOME THINGS ABOUT MORALS AND MONEY IS IN TOO MANY CASES MORE VALUABLE THAN HUMAN LIFE...

AND, BY THE WAY IS IT NOT AGAINST OUR LAWS TO 'SELL HUMAN BODIES/LIFE ' AT ANY COST LEGALLY??? THAT ONLY THE 'STATE' HAS THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDY LIKE KILLING HUMANS FOR TAKING ANOTHER LIFE AND NOT ALLOWING PAYMENT FOR HAVING TAKEN ANOTHER HUMAN LIFE????

OH, WELL MONEY OVER MORALS OR LAWS IN OUR COUNTRY? (NUP)

THANKS JEN, JUST VENTING OVER ALL OF THIS ONLY IN AMERICA. (SMILE)
