I am Tiffany Gaines who wrote Collide in my book BluePrint to Seduction. I started writing when I was 12, just as a hobby to release my emotions, anger, fear, thoughts, etc. I always had a passion for poetry, loved putting words together to make it rhyme in a harmonious way. It lead me to write things for my mom and grandmother on special occasions like Mother's Day, birthdays, Grandparent's Day... So poetry, has always been a way for me to tell how I feel, stories without actually saying them face to face.
BluePrint to Seduction came about when I started just writing things for friends/coworkers for fun around Valentine's Day. My close friend at worked asked me to write her a poem for her anniversary like the day before. She really enjoyed what I wrote, as well as, her husband. She, along with some other close co-workers had read some of my previous poems and believed I had talent and shouldn't be working where we worked(I was like whatever) didn't and still don't believe I am that good( I am my worst critic). However, they pushed me to write a book. I always wanted to write one just didn't have the proper avenues to do so. One day co-worker gave me a number to a guy who is in the writing business, has his own company and we started the process of BluePrint to Seduction. My co-worker told me I should write it on the seductive side (we all know s*x sells) based on what I wrote for her for her anniversary. From March, until now, I was determined to get this book out for the world to see and hope they enjoy what they read and here we are. That's my story. If you have any questions, comments... I actually heard lil Zane. Lol but no problem. I hope everyone enjoy the book. I do not claim to be an expert on s*x or love nor do I have the answers for I am still learning myself. I just wanted my poetic stories to be fun and take many folks back to that ole' school mixed with new.
