We are going to discuss how unhealthy so many of us have gotten over this last year and how we can pull it all back together with God's help. How much do you weigh right now as you read this? How much of your body, is body fat? Are you getting a little tired of people who haven’t seen you in a few years expressing, “Daaaannnnggg, what happened to you?”Have you become indignant about your weight problem and believe everyone should just, “Mind their business”? What foods should you eat and what foods should you stay away from if you want to live a long and healthy life in this day and time? As we prepare to close out 2010, how can we have life, and have it more abundantly? Can you even imagine a fat Jesus?

By God's grace, we speak to youth and adults all over the State of Georgia trying to help them.
