Honouring Your Deepest Values (582 hits)

What is the most important thing in your life?

Is it your relationships?

Having genuine heart connections with people?

Spending time with those you love?

Fun and excitement?

Having a healthy, fit body?

Creative expression?

Education and learning?

The opportunity to learn and grow spiritually?

Whatever you most value, make sure you structure your life around it, rather than trying to fit it into your life.

Having a healthy, fit body?

Education and learning? ..... so I hope that your steps and tips will be able to motivate me to get myself healthier, although I'm not a big person I would love to eat better. So far I've stop eating burgers and fries like I used to.

The most I'll buy now from Mickey D's is a bran muffin and a medium coffee with 4 creams and 3 sweetners. Wow, now that's a big improvement for me. I love margin and butter so I hope that I can gain something from your blog links!!
