DO YOU KNOW YOUR...2ND AMENDMENT RIGHT ...TO BEAR ARMS..OWN A GUN OR NOT! (248 hits)

I am sort of a pacifist...but then again,,,I must have been on another planet :(

Who will protect me and my family, if the States do not support Gun Laws for protection in which this is my right?

Can you afford a body guard, of law enforcement coming in inner cities, or cities for that matter to put their loving arms around you and secue your property; real or private?

Therefore, the Supreme Court has done some amending to laws that people need to be acknowledged.

The law of the land...but with the 9th and 10th amendment of State Rights, and Federal Rights the balancing act....callled Checks, and Balances....where do we stand, and who will honor the US Supreme Court on their books as statues without filing petitions, motions, hearings, appeals, and rigth back to the Judical System that make the law.

We will not let our rights be eroded!
Around...and Around...and Around.
A Mire moment of Knowledge.

You may feel like you need to bear arm,but remember it's a slippery slope. you start given people the right to carry guns and there will be more dead folks than alive, o.k one may say that what about the people rights? granted the law doesn't go by their own books but put this law into effect and America will be a ghost town people are going to kill for the craziest reasons. ex: If someone look at another the wrong way.. BOOM! their dead.

The right to bear arms is a Constitutional right for the protection of citizens of the United States to protect themselves from tyranny. There are no countries in the world as free as we are because their citizens don't have the ability to bear arms against tyranical, supressive governments. We were granted this right by our founding fathers who came from that very situation and knew the importance of this right. The first thing tyranical and socialist governments try to do is completely eliminate the citizens who might have arms. Chicago has some of the toughest gun control laws in America and last week they had 25 murders. There is absolutley no corelation between the citizens right to bear arms and murder rates.
"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."
