While they're playing, there's nothing wrong with Bar-B-Q turkey and dressing on the side. ( It's cheaper and healthier than all that swine, heat and poison) We have been conditioned! Need I say... we really are what we eat! We know this. We could live a lot longer by the simple adjustment of our diets.
Better yet, we need to FAST on a regular basis. Have you noticed, with the economy the way it is, some are forced to fast. This is not a bad thing, God is on the throne! Minds are becoming enlightened! Thanks Supreme Being, because I know that help is on the way and is being transformed.
