Loving right! (267 hits)

We all agree that communication is so important when it comes to relationships, so why aren't we spending more time learning how we listen to each other, especially the way we hear as male and female. For ex; When men ask the question, "how was your day honey", he needs to be prepared to listen to who was in it, the why, and how it had an affect on her...even if he don't want to hear it!
When women ask the same question, she needs to be prepared for a short answer (although she needs more, but it's not about her here), beacause men need to whine down before indulging in short stories about his day.....women should be tactful when it comes to this! What do you think??

Bro. Johnson I think that you are right on. When I ask my husband how was it (the day), he always says he thanks God. I read in between the lines and fill in all the stuff that happened. Most of the time he doesn't want to reminded of what happened. I can respect that.

I find myself at times being short because when I was a young man, I was taught to listen more and talk less. But I need to realize that balance is the key and learning how to listen and when to communicate is so important especially if i'm dealing with the opposite s*x..
