We love so many on a daily basis and give more of ourself than is available, there is such a thing as love overload. Giving and not getting will not make a heart warm enough to share so much with so many for long.
Taking care of you allows you to give in greater amounts to others, if you are happy, loved and respected the world get's your gifts easily through a smile, a simple nod or your outreach to help others see their own beauty.
As women we have to give, take and share with balance to teach our daughters that they have an inner beauty which radiates outward from the kindness and calmness of standing confidently in her stiletto's
