It is so important that we as women with passion, power and position live our lives so other can see how integrity, honesty and transparency is a reward in itself. We need to safeguard our gifts and talents and remember to not sale it for riches or gold which is actually fools gold. Learn to value who you are and the gifts you bring to the table. With all you have don't horde the gifts, share by mentoring others especially the next generation of young ladies. Give the gift that will take their lives to higher heights. allow them to learn how to live an abundant and victorious life. Become someone they can call upon who will be real and honest in correcting them and directing them to fulfill their destiny. Encourage those you encounter giving them hope and for some healing of pass hurts or rejection.
We are powerful and we can make a difference in the lives of our young girls and young ladies. I challenge all of us in this next decade to reverse the criticism about the next generation. Let's make a personal and corporate dedication to impact the lives of our family, community, church and the rest of the world.
