Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. , 1 Corinthians 9:24...integrity with little or no compromise...its not always necessary to cross the finish line first, to win the prize. For the race is not always won by the swift but by he who perseveres...trains his mind and beats his body for years...pushes past all the pain and fear...fully aware the prize may not be rewarded down here. But awaits in Heaven uncorrupted by earthly decay...like old trophies on a shelf and forgotten accolades...your Crowning Glory lay beyond the grave. So run the race as a devoted slave...to Christ...in this foot race called life.
