Johnson publishing has had a rough time with keeping their publications a float during the recession and now it seems their most prized possession Ebony Magazine is seeking investors to keep the mag from shutting down. We hope we can hold on to Ebony because too many African-American magazines have already bitten the dust. Source: Bossip
Could it be because WE don't read as much as WE should? This magazine, just like Essence and BET, will fall into the hands of a white investment group who will continue to tell us what to think through our media.
