Praise God for His Goodness and His Mercy. My Father, Rev. Church Spaulding,93 years young and My Mother, Ruthie Spaulding 81 years young and 62 years of marriage, how honored I am to serve and care for them.
My mother came home today from the hospital doing better than she has in a long time. She walked to the table and she ate her dinner ( fed herself ), what a Blessings....Thank you Jesus!!
My Father has recovered and doing well, he is home also. I know prayer is the key
I am so ever grateful for everyone who knows the power of prayer. I am a praying soldier on the battlefield serving til I die.
I am in agreement that God answers prayer. (where one and two are in agreement God is in the midst) Praise the Lord!!
I LOVE you all with the LOVE of CHRIST JESUS! May your hearts be filled with The Joy Of Lord and Be Forever Blessed In Jesus Name!!
PS. Just to see the smile upon there faces .....Memories never forgotten
I feel you. My mom died a year ago this past March, three days past my birthday. She had all of her teeth and no disease. Her hearing was declining and her short-term memory was not as sharp. She was becoming dehydrated more and more often and had a bout with phnumonia. Mom decided she didn't want anymore needles; i.e., no more blood draws or re-hydration by needle so was discharged to hospice. It was the hardest decision I had to make (following her wishes). I thank God everyday for hospice. They kept my mom comfortable. She didn't live a week with out the water but her vital organs were begining to fail and she was just tired...93 good years! She was so strong she refused to die with any of her children in the room. I believe she chose when to take her leave. She did not die; she chose to stop living and move into the eternity. I miss her and dream of her freequently. Continue to enjoy your parents for as long as you can. They indeed are a blessing...gather all the family history while they are here!
