In companies across the country given budget cuts and staff shortages do those around you see your frustration as you assume more and more responsibility?
Or do they see calm in the midst of confusion or clear leadership and direction. Where does that strength to lead come from? Do you constantly lead without stopping to refill your well? Look to the hills from whence cometh your strength. We must all tap into a source higher than ourselves to continue to "keep it moving" and make sound decisions that impact not only ouselves but others.
