Have you ever had to deal with a person who makes it his / her mission to criticize you and belittle you even though they are no better than you? If you had to listen to them utter one more word from their mouth you would probably explode. Working with a movie production company we get a lot of potential actors and actress's, who feel that because they had a small role as an extra in some movie, they have graduated to Oscar class of actors. First of all the real truth is that Atlanta Georgia, is not known for movies, rap music, and other things, but not as a premium market for movie opportunities.

In reality at this point of the game, if you are really serious as an actor or actress, chances are that you ought to be in California, and not in Atlanta. Its going to be a while before this market matures to the Hollywood status. Hollywood has been in existence for 200 years and its not going to come to Atlanta, the mindset in Hollywood is that everyone needs them and not the other way around. Which in this game, if you intend to work for Hollywood then that fact is true, however, if you are one of the few that believe that you do not need Hollywood and that you can do it by yourself, then you do not need Hollywood.

What I find most amusing is having to listen to an unknown actor, actress who feels that they are too good to be on your movie set because they were in another movie as an extra for 10 seconds and we not even listed in the credits. Please do not misconstrue my words and think that I am rude or that I am into berating others. That couldn't be further from the truth. Lets look at this picture from 2 different angles, lets look at this from the eyes of someone who sees the cup as half full, and will do what they need to do to fill the cup with water. Lets also look at the person who sees an empty cup and is overwhelmed at the prospect of all the work that it will take to fill the empty cup. To the person who sees the cup half full, they can see a clear way ahead. To the one who sees the cup as empty, they cant fathom the cup ever being full one day. So they start and get discouraged then move to the next place that they think the work will not be as hard. Earlier I mentioned that the Atlanta market movie wise is still an infant, that means that there are very few options, for potential actors or actresses looking to break into the industry. What does that mean? It means that if you happen to be looking for a job in the movie industry in Atlanta, you cannot be arrogant, especially if you are an unknown actor/actress, with a resume that cannot be verified.

I seen a lot of people miss out on their opportunities because they couldn't keep their mouths closed. " The dead say to each other, " Dead One " - This is an analogy for a wicked person pointing out another persons wickedness. Its stupid for you to go to someones office to complain about someone else. People will tell you what someone did to them , and make the person that they are talking about look like the devil. They will not go far enough to tell you about their responsibility in the incident. If someone tells me something nasty about you when you are not present, they will tell you something nasty about me when I am not there. Rule of thumb, do not entertain these kind of people, they are dangerous. Do not give them a job where they are going to have to handle money, they will steal from you. Its stupid to talk about others to strangers, what makes you think that the person whom you are running your mouth about ,does not know the person you are talking about. The more you do this, the more doors start closing in on you. In network marketing many people get into business opportunities with a romantic notion, because they were seduced by some fancy video on some lead generation website. Habitual whiners are not good business partners, marriage partners, team members, uplines, sponsors, trainers and whatever other type of category you would like to include them in.

The only thing that they are good for is failure. For those of you that are familiar with biblical stories, you are familiar with the children of Israel and their experience in the wilderness, it took them 40 years to get to the promised land. Why did it take them that long? How would you like to be the fool that makes an 8 day trek across the desert become a 40 year ordeal because of your whining? They went around in circles like a dog chasing its tail, because God was sick and tired of their whining. How many times have you had downlines / team members who were always complaining and making all sorts of excuses why they couldn't promote the business? How about the upline who will only call to tell you about what you should be doing so that he can benefit from your effort, because he has to be like his upline.

These types of individuals mean you no good. Just like they will talk about their upline, mentors, teachers in a disparaging fashion to you behind their back, they will talk about you in a disparaging manner to their mentor in your absencee. You have to understand that the network marketing thing is not new, its been around for donkey time. You don't always need your sponsor for everything, learn the business and do it for yourself, don't wait for your upline. As you hit your rough patches, hang in there, don't go around complaining about others to people and blaming them for your misfortunes. The person you could be whining to, could very well be that persons spouse. Don't be that Dead person telling the next dead man that they are dead. They are already dead, they didn't get there by accident. Focus on yourself and be the best that you can be for yourself.
