Just this morning, I heard that if you replace your windows, (average cost, about $11k), that would further increase your chances of selling. Also they're saying to replace your refrigerator with a stainless steel one,as well as putting your washer and dryer upstairs oppose to these being in the basement. Signs of the times ! They are suggesting a mini closet for these items.
