Jeremiah 23:28-30
Vision: God- Given or Man- Made?
Can you recongize a vision of as God given, or as man made?
Can you tell if the alignment with the word of God and the ways of God?
Does it advance God's kindom?
Are people blessed?
Do these vision stand the test of time?
In short the bible tells us that God has his way of showing each and everyone of us who He has sent with a true word of God.
28- the prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the Lord.
29- "Is not My word like a fire?" says the Lord. and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
30- Threfore behold, I am against the prophets, who steal My words everyone from his neighbor. 31- Behold, I am against the prophets who use tongues and say, 'He says.' 32- Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, and tells them, and cuase My people to err by thier lies and by thier recklessness. Yet I did not send them or command them; therefore they shall not profit this people at all," says the Lord.
Although many may come to you with a Word it does not always mean they have a true Word. Becareful as to whom you hear the "Word" from, especially when you open yourself up to everyone, God will let you know when the Word has come from him. Take these words that I have written and study them and apply to your daily lives, may God bless you each and everyday. To God be the Glory.
