Vanest,
Forgive me I misspelled your name, I typed this without my glasses, Please forgive me, I will be more careful in the future with everyone. I did not mean to insult you.
Edith
Have you considered volunteering at your children's school? How about in your community (community assoc. secretary, treasurer, welcome committee, etc.). Spiritually, I believe God is calling you to do a specific work. Listen to His voice and ask for guidance. You will discover that you will egin to take charge of your journey without needing approval.
Do you know how many "bored" women now run successful businesses from their homes? Do you have a special talent in crafts? What have you always dreamed of doing with your life?
I pray that you find boredom to be a thing of your past. Smile.

Vanessa,
I know the reply from your friend hurt, but she/he may be jealous of the material things you have and your husband, and think that those things would keep you fromn being bored, they may be busy trying to obtain what you have so she/he does not have time to be bored. You are Blessed to know that things and other people cannot keep you satisfied. Seek something to do that you can have a passion about, I see that you are in a graduation cap and gown, remember the passion you had to earn that cap and gown? Seek something to work on that will give you that again and when you find it, and start working on it you will not be bored again (that is until you satisfy that goal and on to the next one).
