Bad Credit vs Good Credit

It's time for black people in general and I say black people because of the fact that most of us are very materialistic..to get a handle on personal debt and get your credit and finances in check. I have to admit, my parents never sat me down and educated me on credit or even on how to start with a savings account..as a result of this and a failed marriage, I was left with $40,000 in debt and became a single parent. I tell my story as a testimony that anyone can get out of debt and fix their credit with determination and just denying yourself of things you really don't need. Once I got the courage to say enough is enough, I want that big house and a new husband..How can God bless me when I'm carrying aroung all this debt..Hpw can I be a good role model to my son? I got all of my bills together, and put them in order from the least to the most that I owed. Some people say to start with the highest bill, but I wanted to knock out the little debt first. once I paid off one bill, I applied the amount to the next bill, paid that one off and started with the next bill..and before you know I was able to get a new home, well it's a condo but It's in my name, my credit score went up from a 520 to a 740, and I was blessed with a new husband. I say this to tell you that we all have dreams and want nice things..If you have bad credit due to either not being educated on credit or don't know where to start..you first get focused and tackle it first hand ...You don't want to block your blessings.... .
