Our washing machine started leaking a small water fall flowing quickly over the floor.

As I was cleaning up the mess, the first thing that came to my mind, is the warranty wore off, and I stopped paying the yearly protection that was expensive.

After briefly entertaining the fact that it could be just the hoses, and seeing it was not that simple, Walt said maybe we should get a new machine.

"A new washing machine??? That's $700. With tax, delivery, and new service policy, it can be $1000.00!!!.

I went online searching appliance repair companies like a Ninja, weeding out those with bad reviews. I was shocked to see that the average washer machine repair was $300. I wasn't pleased.

Finally, I found a company. When the repair guy tinkled for ten minutes with the washer, he said it would cost at least a thousand dollars to fix it. "Best to just get a new washer," he said.

I feel ya!..
Appliances break down it's the order of things. Sometimes you just gotta go and get it new. Believe me, there's always a way to pay for it. Otherwise, laundry mats are available--just think though of all the money you put into going there could be applied to a new washer? "Just saying.."
Have faith that there'll be a way.
