Okay the electrifying and dynamic "God Father Of Soul" Mr. James Brown premiere movie was released August 1, 2014.
My family attended the movie last night with my parents and this was historical indeed.
My mother and father was "poppin" and silently singing to his hit songs as youngsters they remember being in long lines at the Apollo theatre waiting to see his performance.
Now for Yaiqab & Janelle the most sampled musician of all times left a indelible effect on Hip Hop rap culture that emanated out of the Uptown/Bronx streets of New York.
I must say that Chadwick Boseman played James to the "tee" and bigs up to Mickey Jagger that produced the film from a musical prospective rather than a more detail chronology of his entire contributions to our people development and culture.

great movie, very entertaining. we who grew up with james brown music, really can relate to this film!!
