As CEO of Tawana Williams Outreach, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) Non for Profit Organization, we The Management Team of Tawana Williams are proud to announce that we are at the beginning phase of creating her Debut ‘Movie’ “Unarmed But Dangerous” by Motivational Speaker/Author Tawana Williams. The Movie is based on her Best Selling Book “Unarmed But Dangerous” The Tawana Williams Story of Relentless Struggle and Ultimate Victory and will surely change lives. Today, she’s a nationally known Les Brown Platinum Speaker, TV Personality, Artist, Businesswoman, Author, Mentor, CEO and travels throughout the country teaching life lessons of how to live a “No Excuse Lifestyle.” Tawana was born without arms and impaired use of her legs in 1963 and has never let her disability stop her. Tawana’s compelling story is one of triumph, perseverance and determination. We are proud of the vision and what’s to come.
Our goal is to raise at least $200,000 for the first phase of the ‘Movie.’ At this time, we are asking two hundred thousand friends and family to donate at least $1.00 for the vision. Currently, we are also accepting all donations of any amount; nothing’s too small or large. We are confident that after the ‘Movie’ is released and in Theaters, lives will be changed because Tawana’s story captivates, motivates and eliminates all excuses in the lives of people and we believe that you will help us make this happen.
Our ultimate goal is to shoot many scenes of the ‘Movie’ in Tawana Williams’ hometown of Wilson, North Carolina. Perhaps, there maybe a scene or two shot in your town; you never know. This ground breaking opportunity will be a win-win situation for all that participate. At some point of the process there will be a casting call and then jobs will be created to showcase the gifts and talents in different diverse communities throughout America.
In essence, we need the support of many cities including the City of Wilson, North Carolina The Mayor-Bruce Rose, The City Manager-Grant Goings, delegates, other constituents, community leaders, professional business owners, the media and many communities at large to make the vision work.
