Venting Machine For Today

I love to write because I can go within myself and explore hidden treasures of the heart. I wouldn't prize myself as a proper writer with all dots and commas in the rightful places. Sometimes, I even dot write (.....) or rough draft it, which is okay with me because I can spell check and critique later. I like writting in comfortable laid back atmospheres though, because I can gather all my thoughts and express them at ease. So, blogging is idea for me and who cares about the typo's?

Speaking of typo's or typos...which one is it!!!!!! (lol). Being a bit silly but for real. Ok, what really sets me off is when people respond to posts and there are English professors in the mix. I will call them "stern english professors" because they are deliberately it seems, posting when someone failed to add the s at the end of a word. They are searching for subject verb agreement errors. They are checking for any and all typo's imaginable. If you think that's all...well... NOT. They will even have the audacity to get angry and e-shout at posters for making errors by calling them unprofessional and shouting out "learn how to spell, hit the word check, will ya, where did you go to school" words designed to sting and literally just being mean. Haven't they ever heard the slogan "If you can't say nothing good; then say nothing at all" . Pretty great rule to follow, you think?

How do I react when I witness such behavior? Okay, let me be the first to say that I am praying that God will work his plan abundantly and quickly in my spirit. But the good guys sometimes appear so helpless and at a loss of words when this happens. No, they are the professionals and the audience is a mix of various people with various behaviors and mind-sets. So, I feel the wirters/authors of articles and such should be silent or treat the bad comments with good ones, that is the best and most professional comeback.

So, what do I post as a reply post? I might say something like this... and let me give a real example, here:

A few weeks ago I was directed to this website where this young lady actually spilled her guts with value and content for her readers. I absolutely learned lots and I'm sure most of her readers did as well. Bare in mind, this was a laid back atmosphere or space for cybering. I can see if this writer was writting a professional article to promote her business. Now, I wont mention the name of the site in regard of privacy rights, so even the aliens from Mars have not a clue who I'm referring to personally.

Okay, the first replies to the writer's post were appreciative and complimentary. Then this one negative poster( with a couple of negative followers), posted how the author mispelled two words in her (ten paragraphs) article and one of the words I'm assuming was due to fast typing. Okay, I don't care already... because this lady was geniously skilled concerning content and value. After reading the negative post about al her typos and maybe one contraction that was off, I couldn't resist even though I tried not to post a rebuttle. I posted something similar to this:

Thanks (_name_), for the valuable content in your article. I know some who would even charge fees for the value presented. Again thanks a zillion. I will never fully comprehend why some dispersed grammatical attacks at the your attempt to serve. I can understand constructive criticism when feasibly given. However, the rude attacks and name calling is unacceptable in my opinion. When these type of people make such attacks, I can't help but wonder are they mentally fit. Did they foget their medications (as in prozac) no offense to the sensible users of this medication. Does some childhood or personal conflicts impose such behavior? Were they having a bad day? I am sorry but sometimes I can't help but to wonder how anyone could be so rude. With this being a "laid back" setting I would think most people would be grateful for the content. Now, concerning the few rude posters, huddle up and get your group hugs :-) Love, Peace and many Blessings. -Bev-

Hopefully, I would have "step those toes" however, I am willing to bet unless the cyber meanies or bullies make a drastic change their habitual behaviors will repeat elsewhere. How sad? In a case like this another spiritually professional thing to do would be to simply "Bless and Release". I mentioned power on another post. So again, I can stress how important it is to maintain your God given power. Let no one steal your joy, happiness or good intentions. By doing so, you will have power to move mountains in your life.

I pray, More Peace, Love and Happiness Today...and Lord help us not only to maintain our power but to spread the same to others by adding value to their lives. Bless us to be givers not takers. Lovers not haters. May the strong bear the affirmities of the weak today. May your love and blessings follow us continously...Amen
