In the event that BigCrumbs is purchased, you will receive a cash payment, based on the percentage of all CrumbShares that you own.
For example, if BigCrumbs sells for $50 million, then we would set-aside half ($25 million) for members. If you own 0.01% of all CrumbShares, then you would receive 0.01% of $25 million or $2,500.
