Wow....it's been about 4 years since I have been on the site connecting and there is SO much that has happened! I completed my MBA, changed careers, changed churches and so much more. But I wanted to stop and share the most significant change that has happened - I am now a healthy, fit and "well" individual. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically - and it is a GREAT feeling.

I started my journey in January 2012, and let me tell you - it has been a challenge! I was a size 16 when I started and am now a size 8. My goal is a size 6 (but I am not sure if my body will agree..lol). Anyhoo....now that I have some through the longest, hardest and most challenging portion of the journey, there are SOOOOO many women that ask me "how did you do it and WHAT did you do"?

Here are a few things:
1. Made up my mind to get closer to GOD
2. Purged my life of stress and unecessary things and people
3. Started MOVING - walking and doing aerobics
4. Zumba!!! (I am now a licensed instructor)
5. Strengh Training
6. Diet (I did Medifast and Jenny Craig for the first 30 lbs, then my own plan for the last 10)
7. Read positive books on my Nook
8. Use my Ultimate Body Wraps for toning, tightening and firming!!
