Gratitude is the only attitude...
I.E. I would have liked to attend this years Olympics mainly to enjoy the Gymnastics competition. But instead of dwelling in the fact that I wasn't able to attend I am choosing to reflect on the opportunity I had to go to the USA Womens Gymnastics Exhibition that was held on OSU's campus years ago, which gave me the chance to enjoy greats like performances by Dominique Dawes and Dominque Moceanu!
So today's goal is to keep smiling through the day and be thankful for all the great joys we have already experienced.
That idea reminds me of the Serenity Prayer that was engraved in my mind after watching Oprah's Next chapter during the interview between Oprah, Gayle, and Paula Dean:
"The Serenity Prayer"
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next. Amen. "

Hello Ms. Moss,
Since you think that this world is sinful let me ask you this question, okay.
Do you think that there are more evil and bad people in this world then there are good people?
I am asking you this question because I don't believe that this world is sinful. So, the things that you are saying is evil and scary and you ought to stop it.
I think that there are more people in this world than they are evil and bad people and therefore this world is not sinful. Do you agree with me?
Tell me what you think.
