As Dow Hits 13,000: Gas Prices On the Rise
(CNN)- The Dow hit 13,000 on Tuesday, Febuary 21 for the first time since 2008, while gas prices are soaring and still rising.

Gas prices affect the sale of new cars and if new cars are not designed to use less gas, people are going to hold on longer to their old cars. Whenever I see the prices going up I imagine the next numbers going back down.
