The Research Group on Disparities in Health within the Department of Health and Behavior Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, in New York, New York is studying what African American women identify as reasons for using c*ndoms or not using c*ndoms during s*xual intercourse.
You are being asked to fill out a survey to help us learn about the factors related to c*ndom use, as well as non-use.
Participation in this survey is limited to the first 200 women who successfully complete it. It takes about 25-40 minutes to complete.
After 200 people complete the survey, a computer program will automatically close the survey and send out barcoded gift certificates for use at www.Amazon.com without in any way linking your identity to the survey results.
