The pressure is on.  It's a new year and you want to set goals, lose weight, find a new job, change a relationship and on and on and on.

However, you may not feel motivated.   In fact, you may feel that nothing good will come out of your efforts.  So why try? 

And, for those of you who have had setbacks, like we did when our family members passed at the beginning of one new year, you may feel helpless.  Any loss can make you feel hopeless. 

Remember, you are not a robot.

I thank you for this blog . I stopped making New Year's Resolutions many years ago. I found that I didn't have the resolve to stick out a resolution, but rather the setting of realistic goals worked to inpsire me to move forward. So in 2012, this approach has paid off in a big way. I'm truly inspired.
