I AM THANKFUL BECAUSE

I AM THANKFUL BECAUSE

I have life health and strength

I can see where I am going

No one has to lead me around

I can hear what I am saying

I have food to eat

And I did not awake in a starving land

I have clothes to wear

I did not sleep on the cold street last night

And if I did I am thankful for a God who is able to deliver

As long as there is life there is hope

Above all I am grateful that my feet are still on top of the ground
