Wow, it's been a while since I'd last written a blog. I just want to share that if you are seeking employment and/or been out of work for a while - seek professional help from a career coach and/or career strategist to assist you in your job search.
I've been in the HR business for over 20 years, and when I try to tell folks that their resume needs to be redone, they get upset. I can't blame them. If I paid someone and I still can't get a job; I would be upset, too.
