Integrity Intervention Services LLC DBA E- Staffing Associates is in need of qualified virtual customer service agents. We have positions available for inbound customer service, outbound, chat, email and tech support. We are looking for several positions to be filled and having experience working at home or call center is a PLUS.

You must have:
Land-Line telephone
High speed internet (no dial-up or wireless internet)
Be at least 18 years of age and a US citizen
Prior customer service experience, self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and listening skills, including a professional and articulate voice
Ability to multi-task in several applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
Must enjoy working in a fast paced and at times hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to commit to a challenging job of at least 20 hrs a week
A quiet work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during working hours
A criminal background check is required NO CREDIT CHECKS
