KEEP YOUR CHIN UP!

You'll find during your day's journey there'll be osbtacles to keep your chin down. You'll see or be around people or things that are aiming sharply at you to keep your spirit lowly and even sad or disappointed. These are the times you can inspire yourself! Think of the goodness of God, his love for you, his caring and his beloved spirit of joy. Keep thinking of Him who is your true inspiration and let not the things distract you from your real inspiration! Keep your chin up!

The Lord sits high and he looks lowly over you so you'll know he is above all things that could keep your chin down!

Thanks Miisrael for this word of encouragement. Just today, I went walking and while walking I played some very inspirational songs in order to get my mind off of the trouble that was causing me to put my chin down. It's a good strategy to focus of the Lord when things come to slow us down from the path/journey He has set for us. Although we are constantly encountering minor set backs and delays, we are never Denied if we keep our focus on the One who is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.
