Zhana...good points and I do understand you stance on the individual. As a scientist, my stance is based on nature and using its success for argue in favor or against human endeavor. The bee individually does not build a hive nor does the wasp. The ant or beavor builds nothing individually, but, rather relies on the group. Nature seems to support the group and the source of strength. Recognizing black people as a group are very divided is no reason to give up on black people EVER acting as a group.

Some things are universal, they apply to all people of all backgorunds, races and cultures.
Unfortunately, exploitation is one such thing. We have experienced exploitation at the hands of white people but people exploit each other all over the world. Remember, African people were buying and selling each other before the Europeans ever turned up. (This is NOT meant as a justification of the international slave trade - don't misunderstand me.)
The real problem is not Black vs. white. The real problem is group mentality the us-and-them mentality. As long as we behave as members of the group, and not as individuals, we are dangerous. This applies to everybody of every race. Look at what happened in Rwanda.
