AT PEACE WITHIN
Uses in meditation are most beneficial. I never mean to whisper out thoughts I may have of others so meditation proves most rewarding. I tend to want to keep these thoughts quiet tand dissolve them away from my thought process.
Distractions can often disrupt your moments of meditation, so it is important to have enclosure that is away from phones, and if possible other forms of communications. The time of meditation can be short periods or long, but I advice for beginners to practice at least between 10 to 30 minutes. Simple techniques are best
1.Reading a verse/scripture, soft reading and with soft music, or candles
2 Quiet places or someplaces you can be alone.
3 Early times seem to get the day started best.
4. Prayers and thoughts of God
Once meditation is completed you should feel inspired all day that you can have peace within and inspiration outward that you will show as you go about your day.
