You are what you eat! We have heard this clique thousands of times. Stay away from process foods that have a lot of chemicals in them. Check the label, if you cannot pronounce it isn’t fit to eat. Stay away from any foods that have corn syrup it is extremely addictive. When shopping for healthy foods shop around the perimeter of the store the more you shop in the middle of the store the more process and chemical filled foods. Remember you are what you eat!
