For out of towners and for fellows Chicagoians I recommend the Atwood Cafe. I have been going there since 1999 when i was working and going to school downtown.
The grilled caesar is marvolous it is grilled with perfection and it have grilled romaine lettuce, anchovies, and capers.
For the seafood lover in you is the Crab Cake Souffle it is so fluffy and golden brown and the buttermilk creme make it so sweet.
Save room for the Dark Chocolate steamed cake it is so beautiful you can tasted the rum, along with the rich chocolate sauce and the salted chocalated truffles give your mouth a heavenly feeling
