The parrott cage restaurant 7059 south south shore drive 773-602-5332
The parrott cage restruant is beautiful it reminds me of The Court of Two Sisters Restruant in New Orleans, it is operated by Washburne Culinary Institute. The students prepared the meals and they get graded on. I recommend what my girlfriend Val had the Braized Lamb Shank it is lamp chops that look like a rack of lamb. The sauce is magnificant veal sauce with a hint of honey mustard. The crab salad is so petite as well as beautiful it made of lump crab with avocados, and tomatoes and Baby Greens and Balsamic Vinaigrette and Basil Oil with a giant gyodza cracker. The Non-Alcoholic Ariel Red Wine taste excellent it is so rich with a hint of berry. I ordered that since I am on medication. For desert is the peach cobber topped with whipped cream surround with vanilla homemade icecream. You will enjoy the view of the the Cultural Center and the jazz music is so soothing. I will give it 4 stars and tell them Kim the food citric sent you
