Unfortunately, most of you DON"T look at the subtitle " The Social Network For Professional Black Women" I'm very tired of being solicited by men on here looking for a "friend" or "relationship".This is not myspace, facebook or twitter. I have met a few professional men but unfortunately it's more saturated with men looking for personal not business. I will delete my account because I'm not a woman who tolerates ignorance from anyone. There are plenty of dating sites so why don't you men on here looking for "love, friendships, or flings" migrate to them. If you like I can post several links where you can go. Make this day a successful one and ladies don't entertain it. I've been on this site for two years and it's more men joining than women.

I agree. When I joined this site it was for the purpose of networking with like-minded professional women, that were about lifting and empowering each other. I didn't know this was a dating site. If this continues,I will also be deleting my account.

I hear you Antoinette! I love how you wrote that with such passion. Our purpose here is to socialize and network among our fellow career driven African American women. Well that's why I joined anyway.

At your request ladies: his name is Samuel Jackson

Faith Sloan Saturday, April 17th 2010 at 5:37PM

His name is probably NOT Samuel Jackson. He may simply play him on television. LOL!

But seriously, this is supposed to be a safe haven where we can network amongst ourselves as women do indeed have unique styles of communicating. We are of the world but we are also sisters amongst one another.

Can't we have this? Shucks! FaceBook is NOT even remotely bad as this portal in terms of getting 'hit up'.

So BWC, open your ears. This complaint is valid one and can have a negative impact upon BWC's value and thus its future!

God Bless

For sure, I am definitely not in the business of looking for a man. I live in Utah and it is not that many African Americans around with whom to connect and find out what is going on in the real world. I like the positive tone of your website and want to keep it that way.
By the way if you do want to know what is going on in Utah in the African American community go to: www.soulcityice.com

Interesting...I'm very new to this site, when I logged on today, I had an email from a gentleman basically trying to pick up on me and his email reads very similar to the one you posted. In my opinion, when men email a bunch of different women, the same stupid message he's desperate, crazy, has a s*xually transmitted disease, a serial killer or all of the above! I researched and found some websites for you men - date.com/ match.com /eharmony.com/sugardaddie.com

****Get off of this site and go hunt down the women that want to be hunted****
