GLAD TO BE GIVING BACK
I am so happy to be part of a CHRISTIAN business consortium who has made it a priority to put together an event which honors GOD who has blessed us so, provides wholesome entertainment for our community and gives money to charity.
This year is the 3rd year my husband and I have been involved and this is the 3rd annual concert. Our consortium - THE CANDO NETWORK, voted to donate to the American Cancer Society. So many people each of us know have been touched by this affliction either directly or indirectly. We want to give people hope and let them know they are not alone in this fight.
I encourge other entreprenuers out there, if you belong to a similar organization, to consider doing a charitable event together. Is it hard work? - OF COURSE! Is it challenging at times? - ABSOLUTELY. But the joy and peace you get in return is immeasurable.
