There are individual Blacks that have risen to a level of superior quality of life. Across America, we can find "individual" examples of black Americans that have broke through the barriers of savagery to live very dignified and successful lives. But as a people we hover at the bottom underneath the hispanic. By definition, civilization is an advanced state of intellectual, cultural, and material development in human society, marked by progress in the arts and sciences, the extensive use of record-keeping, including writing, and the appearance of complex political and social institutions.
Or... The type of culture and society developed by a particular nation or region or in a particular epoch: Mayan civilization; the civilization of ancient Rome.
Or....The act or process of civilizing or reaching a civilized state.
Or.... Cultural or intellectual refinement; good taste

Now take any black nation..... be it in Africa or the Carribbean or anywhere and compare it to the definition of civilization. What makes black people as a people so backwards, violent, unorganized and just plain po...
