Bordering the Indian Ocean, this beautiful African nation is a republic which gained its independence from British rule in 1963. Tanganyika and Zanzibar joined to form the United Republic of Tanzania in 1964. Founded in 1862, Dar es Salaam, the capital, is the busiest African port on the Indian Ocean.

Over 80 percent of the jpeople are engaged in farming. Tanzania is the world's largest producer of sisal, a fiber used in the making of rope, twine, and other similar products. Zanzibar produces cloves...in fact once was the world largest producer. Tanzania produces coffee, cotton, tobacco, cononuts, bananas and corn. Gold and Diamonds are the two most important minerals mined in Tanzania. Diamonds make up about one-third of the country's mineral output. Ngorongoro Crater in noerthern Tanzania is home to the largest concentration of wildlife in Africa, including lions.

Population is about 30 million and major languages are Swahili, English and Arabic. major religions include Christianity, Islam and animalistic. Opportunities for modernization are enormous. Most Tanzanians still live in a rural environment. But, traditional patterns are breaking up with incfreasing nunmbers of rural families moving to the growing urban centers such as the capital, Dar es Salaam. Here, Africans interact with Western industry, entertainment and customs. Only a small percentage of young people attend secondary and trade schools.

Some steps were taken to modernize both Tanzania. Schools have been buildt by the government and missionaries. Roads and railroads were constructed, also. The country is scarsely populated with dense conditions around the capital on the coast. Modernization opportunities exists for agricultural technologies, power distribution, assembly plants and food processing plants. The country has a stable government and eager to be put on the world stage as a thriving and upcoming nation. Black Americans can do much for Tanzania and in return establish a homeland for themselves with a flag and government of our own.

Hello Jamal,

You said this, “Black Americans can do much for Tanzania and in return establish a homeland for themselves with a flag and government of our own.”

Make a rational case why Black Americans whose ancestral families were born and buried on this continent of North America should want to go to Tanzania to establish a homeland.

Black Americans are going to inherit a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.

So, make a rational case Why Black Americans should go to Tanzania.

Tell me what you think.

Harry, you asked "Make a rational case why Black Americans whose ancestral families were born and buried on this continent of North America should want to go to Tanzania to establish a homeland.

First of all, Black Americans roots are in the continent of Africa. The slave trade brought them to America and have been here about 500 years. America has been bad and good to us. The most terrible part of the ordeal is that Black Americans have never known freedom, justice and equality in government. As a result, a human quality of self reliance and productivity is absent from our makeup.

After schooling and a wealth of industrial experience, Black Americans have the capacity to grow a nation of their own. then it is a matter of where. The continent of Africa is the only continent on earth that is making no strides in the 21st century in industrial prowness. This creates opportunity for a group to come in a rebuild and modernize without the aspect of abuse and manipulation like the Chinese and Europeans.

Tanzania is ideal due to its climate for change and diversity of culture. A tropical climate. A recently established oil refinery has helped to make the city of Dar es Salaam the leading industrial center of the country, producing textiles, furniture, paint, and soft drinks for sale. So they have started the move upward and Black Americans can catipult them up to a level of industrial might due to the American experience and the skills possessed by us in exchange for nationhood.

Hello Jamal,

I understand the essence of your entire post. What I see that perhaps you do not see about your self is that you are expressing or being an opportunist over the very nature of why a portion of this continent Black Americans will inherit that we could call our very own country with borders.

Before I explain further let me show you this, okay.

You said this, “First of all, Black Americans roots are in the continent of Africa. The slave trade brought them to America and have been here about 500 years.”
Jamal, this statement is not true. The slave trade did not bring Black Americans to America. Black Americans exist neither in Africa nor did Black Americans exist before the slave trade, am I right. The people that were brought from Africa to America were African people and not Black Americans since Black Americans did not exist yet, am I right again.

Getting back to you being an opportunist. Our ancestral family were born, slaved and are buried on this continent. The blood of our ancestral families runs through the vein of this continent. These are reasons beyond measure why a portion of this continent will become our country. Am I making any sense with you?

Since Black Americans are neither Africans nor Caucasians, why did you pick Africa? You could have picked New Guinea? New Guinea is an island populated with dark skinned people as Africa is. Please explain, okay.

Tell me what you think.

Harry, you are talking crazy....If you do not see Black Americans related to Black Africans ..NO COMMENT

Harry Watley Friday, March 26th 2010 at 12:56AM

Hello Jamal,

You said this “Harry, you are talking crazy”

If you believe that, I am talking crazy then you should offer up something to show that I am crazy rather than just saying that I am crazy, am I right.

I laid out my supposition and backed it up with facts. You ought to do the same since you do not agree with me. Just do not say that I am crazy. Show that I am crazy.

Now, if you believe Black Americans are related to Black Africans then Black Americans are also related White English people as well since it was the Black Africans and White English people that bred to make the people that Black Americans are today, am I right.

Tell me what you think.

Dignifying your comments have no value. Would have to start from the beginning. Even black children 8 years old can argue your statements. It does not take a engineering scientist to answer. But you look crazy. Your picture looking up so rediculous. How can anyone take you serious. If there was a definition of a dumb looking ni::ga..you would be it.
