It turns out that not just any country chosen....They had to go through a very intensive qualifying filter, which is gone over very comprehensively in my new book, 21st Century Vision for Black America. For instance, one of the filter issues was" must not currently be engaged in a Civil War--Rule of Law must be in effect" ....of the 62 countries analyzed in Africa...we came up with only 5 that met our complete criteria. Some of your other concerns are related to my particular expertise as an electrical engineer of over 25 years in manufacturing process automation. There is one thing very signifant about electrical engineers which is well known in the world of the academia. Its an applied scientist ability that get into the intricate fundamentals that control motion, the electrons. People cannot see electrons but you can certainly feel its effects if you put any part of your body across its potential differances. Also there is lightning that strikes from the clouds to earth-ground and again it is a flow of electrons. All this to say that taking into account all of the intracacies associated with the transitioning 1000000 Black Americans have been considered. Now comes the point of utilizing the industrialization experiences of Black Americans that have learned from the ambitions of White Americans. In other words, I appreciate having the opportunity to become employed and learn from the White People at General Electric as an power engineer. Me and other Black Americans, like even you, have benefited from the modernization and utilization of the sciences, here in America. But, for WHAT

White Americans do not need us anymore. My divine inspiration says it is time to utilize those experiences we Black Americans have earned, and convert it to a dollar figure than a figure related to acres of real estate in 5 countries in Africa. These are exciting times in history to say the least.

Ms. Private....you are absolutely correct about the impending danger of rival factions in other countries wanting to try to manuever deceptively to gain advantage by violence or otherwise. What has been learned from the European Renaissance1500s and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the later 1800s is to keep France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Britain from clamouring after each others innovations...they would share technologies with each other. In other words once the railroad was invented, it cause each country to set down and talk about running track accross country lines....an obvious benefit for each country involved. Technologies developed in the host countries will have an effect of interacting with other countries....creating labor needs...hence jobs....or paychecks for the people of other countries. Most African factions are a result of some country trying to win dominance over other countries....but it should be done in the spirit of competition rather than with weapons....all of which were purchased from the Europeans. The divine plan represented here is for the modernization improvement of the host country to positively impact neighboring countries that will translate to jobs meaning a "DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH". One of the five countries is Tanzania for example....there are no civil wars, the people value education, the government wants to modernize their country, there is rule of law, it is off the Eastern coast of Africa bordering the Indian Ocean. In 1840 Zanzibar became the center for the Arab slave trade.[10] Between 65% to 90% of the population of Arab-Swahili Zanzibar was enslaved.[11] One of the most famous slave traders on the East African coast was Tippu Tip, who was himself the grandson of an enslaved African. So they know what slavery was about. Negotiations that will take place between our organization and the Tanzanian government will be for specific improvements in water-treatment and distribution, power generation and distribution, higher educaton institutions and building construction in the way of roads, highways, bridges, and residential/commercial housing. Its a real nice tropical climate with temperatures geting in the 70s - 90s from November to around February or in the 50s to high 60s most of the rest of the time.
