I bet your wondering right now, how your going to fit your training to become a Life Coach and start your practice into your busy schedule. Well, let me tell you from experience that it can be done. As a Christian mother of three boys under the age of four (4), legally separated, and a business owner, I know how important it is to learn the necessary skills and systems in Time Management. Once you incorporate those skills and systems into your everyday life, you will be able to manage your time more effectively.

Are you tired of time controlling you? If so, it’s time for you to learn how you can have a better productive life by controlling what you do with your time. I want you to succeed, therefore I am going to share with you my principles, tools, and systems that helped equip me with the skills to master Time Management so I can live a more productive, less stressful, and successful life.

While time continues to move, you are feeling overwhelmed because you lack in obtaining the results you want due to being afraid of change and choosing to roll with the punches. As a Life Coach, you are in one of the most rewarding careers that will not only change you, but change the lives of others. It is very important to learn the principles, tools, and systems to reach success in the Life Coaching industry. Once you master Time Management, in a nut shell, you will value your time, thus obtaining quicker results; accomplish your short and long term goals; reduce stress and avoid burnout; and doing what you want and need to do to stay healthy and keep your peace of mind in your personal and professional life.

Let’s jump right into some of the principles that I stick with to master my skills to use the tools into an on-going system that has worked for me and will work for you. To name a few, I finally believe in prioritizing, organizing, planning, and scheduling to keep a consistent time of flow that makes me feel comfortable. In order to do so, I use the following tools on a regular basis to assist me. A paper organizer that I carry everywhere I go (fits in my purse); my cell phone alarm clock and calendar, my computer based calendar and databases, a variety of daily journals/logs, action goal planners, and sticky note pads. This works for me, but it would be beneficial for you to explore all avenues to Time Management in order to learn the principles to gain the skills, take hold of the tools, and grasp a system needed to improve your quality of life.
