Living For God - Change Your Mind, Change Your Life
You don’t have to continue with the path you were living in during 2009. You can start 2010 on the right path if you make the choice to want to change for the better.
Are you ready to live the life God has planned for you in His will for your life by allowing Him in an putting Him first in ALL that you do?
I know I am willing and ready! I spent time with God by praying and feeding my spirit with His word by reading my Bible. He revealed this scripture below to me.
I struggle with self-control as many others may too, but the more I fear God, the straighter my path stays. It's 2010 and I plan to conquer my struggles with the wisdom, knowledge, and strength God has already given to me and continues to give to me. I am on a spiritual journey to rediscovering myself and fine tuning my life into how God wants me to live for Him.
For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do –
living in debauchery, lust, druckenness, orgies, carousing, and detestable idolatry. They think it strange that you do not plunge with them into the same flood of dissipation and they heap abuse on you. But they will have to give account to he who is ready to judge the living and the dead. For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to men in regard to the body, but live according to God, in regard to the Spirit. The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. Above all, love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatsoever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering Gods’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be all the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
