"First Move"
Janet stood at about 5’9”…and was about 165 pound… and every ounce was in all the right places… Being that sisters age so gracefully… He didn’t even want to start trying to guess her age…But if he had to he would have to guess maybe 35… …Her sensuous dark skin only amplified her physical beauty…
She had only been with the company a week…And other than the obligatory smile accompanied by a hello or good night…Trey could not bring himself to strike up a conversation that wouldn’t unmask his noticeable interest…Janet’s arrival had now boosted the number of African-Americans in the company to a whooping three out of forty-nine people…Before Janet the only other African-American in the company beside himself was Ms. Jones in accounting…Though attractive for her age, Ms. Jones was more in his mind the motherly type and hardly in his dating range…Having been at the company since graduating college… Janet was also the first sister Trey had the pleasure of working in close proximity in quite a few years… All the more reason that when he did make his move, he wanted it to be above par and without the uncouth of an infatuated boy in high school…A grin swept across his face as he pandered all of his greatest “Mack Lines”….All of which if used in the work place would have him promptly escorted out of the building and straight into the unemployment line, he laughed…No, he knew it would have to be something a man of his title would not feel awkward about…But at the same time he did not want it to seem too assertive…After all Janet was a new hire placed indirectly under his supervision in the marketing department in which he managed…
As he sat in his office calculating the day he would make his move...Along with what he would wear that particular day, the cologne he would put…He became so engrossed with his thoughts...That the tap on his open door startled him…When he focused he looked up to find the object of his thoughts standing right there in his door frame…. All Trey could think about now was how thankful he was that God had blessed him to be a Black man… If he was any other color his face would be as red as an apple right now… Janet…Excusing herself for interrupting him Janet said, she noticed that his door was open and that they had not been formally introduced so she wanted to take this opportunity to introduce herself…Even though her real reason was to find out who this fine ass brother in the corner office was…And to get a good feel for him…Deep down she was hoping he wasn’t one of those stuck up, Becky dating, sellout, and do whatever it takes to climb the corporate ladder pseudo brothers….
Again Janet said she hoped she wasn’t disturbing him…Having composed himself Trey said to Janet…Not at all I was just going over some…figures…Janet, thought she noticed a slight grin on his face we he said the word figures…Never the less and not being the shy type Janet entered Trey’s office hand extended her hand…Trey rose from seat and extended his as well… Their hands meet and as they did it seemed as if a bolt of electricity shoot through Trey’s arm when she grasped his hand…Firm, he thought…That shows confidence….Janet also noticed something in Trey’s handshake as well…Even though he was all put together and then some…This brother who towered over her by a good 4 inches and at least a hundred pounds… Who instead on first glance you would expect a crushing grip…Embraced her had with a tender clasp…Hmmm she thought…That’s a sign of a brother with some control…
As there grips released…both still seemed to hold on to the touch of one another’s flesh…Trey ever the quick thinker apologized and said that he planned on having Dave, her immediate supervisor, formally introduce them later in the week as was company policy…But that never the less he was happy to make her and acquaintance and hoped that she was settling in well… Janet said the feeling was mutual and that everyone was really helping her settle in quite nicely…While she was talking Trey eyes were taking in the beauty of this ebony goddess that stood before him…Dressed in a curve hugging DKNY business suit…Trey could tell right off this was a women of class…Though form fitting, her attire also said strictly business …From head to toe she was pure class…Coif immaculate, accessories eye catching but not flashy…Yes this Ms. Lady definitely knew how to put it together…Trey hoped his eyes weren’t giving him away but he just couldn’t help admiring the tone of her legs, the curve of her hips, which he knew (even though he couldn’t see)…Was connected to what had to be a dayum near perfect ass….The jacket she wore was perfectly tailored to support what Trey new had to be at least some DD underneath…To say that Janet was beautiful was an understatement…Being one who never cared for a women who wore a lot a make-up…Trey could only pick out a trace of light gold lipstick blended with her thick luscious lips…Other than that any sign of other make-up she might have applied was between her and her mirror…Her deep brown eyes he knew had made a many of brother give in to whatever was her desire…They were round with a slight tilt on the ends… accompanied with a set of lashes that were intoxicating when she blinked…
Janet, realizing how late it was excused herself…And told Trey she was sure he was preparing to get ready for home…And that she only wanted to stop in and say hello…Trey, looking at his watch said not problem at all…Looking around the office and noticing that everyone else had already pretty much departed…Trey offered to walk with her to the garage if she could give him a few minutes…Hoping not to sound too excited Janet said, that that would be nice…That she just needed to tidy up some things at her desk…

Brother Trey I didn't know DKNY made business suits. I will be looking forward to reading more on this Janet and her Manager Trey. It is a coincidence that the character's name is the same as yours? Hmmm I wonder.
