My name is Faith Sloan and have been successful in many endeavors.
Let me re-wind.
My name is Faith Sloan and I have failed multiple times in my quest for success. What that failure has taught me is that failure is simply an opportunity to do it all over again without making the same mistakes.
I have managed to build teams in various businesses from Corporate America to Dot Com Startups as well as Network Marketing/MLM entities.
Myself and 2 other women started a dot com back in 1999 and convinced a group of angel investors to give us $3million to start Lenos.com. Those were the days!
We built the company with my acting as Chief Technology Officer and they in their respective C-positions and we drove Lenos.com to profitability.
I later sold my ownership in the company for a few hundred thousand options and am waiting for them to one year go public. :D
I say that to say this ...
I am looking for 12 good leaders. Why 12? Because from my experience 4 will not be of leadership quality.
