I dated someone in the military and after all the time APART and games, sometimes we were feeling each other other times we were not. I realized it wasnt for me and he is now married to someone else.
I do poetry so one thing I gotta work on is holding back when I have something in my mind until it explodes, or doing poems that keep it real about what im going through but still holding back some of the feelings so I can seem composed.
Thank you all for the love and support...UPDATE we are friends but creating a stronger bond there first. Going backwards a bit maybe? No, not really, just epanding on what a great friendship that thrived before all the military stuff came in the picture.

Dear Kelly,
You are experiencing what we all have experienced at some point or another--but--rest assured time heals all wounds. The best advice I can give you is to be honest with how you feel, but don't spend too much time dwelling on a break-up. You have probably heard it said that when you love someone or something then let it go-- if it returns it was meant to be, but if it doesn't chalk it up to just another experience. My heart goes out to you and anyone brave enough to date or marry a serviceman.
