I honestly think we can. But what I think and what usually happens is often very different. I also wish we could entertain better relationships with one another because I believe if we did, we (black women) would be force-to-be-reckoned-with. Black women are strong-willed and depending on who you ask, we can be a bit aggressive. Never-the-less, I really do try to comfort and offer support to sisters out there that might even see me as a competitor, the enemy, a threat or whatever. What I want her/them to know is 'you are my sister - I am on your side'. Let's not fight.
