There are many black women who are losing their hair and don,t know what to do about it. Early detection is the key to minimizing hair loss. Yes , as we age, due to our genetic makeup, hair loss varys. However, there is one important message I want to send across to you. Where are the true products designed to meet the needs of black hair care. Yes, many products target us as the desired user. But, think about it. The product is designed mainly to make money in our community. Time and effort is not a factor. Where are my sisters who have the ability to design a product that truly meet our hair care needs. Our hair is very unique, Research is very important. Next time I will discuss what do we do. Know your hair. What ever you do to your hair in your teens affect your hair as you mature. In your 20s and mid 30s this is the time to repair what was damaged in your teens, because if you wait until you go through menapause It is differcult to recover. Hair shedding is one indicator that their might be a problem although our hair goes through a shedding period. Hair vitamines is needed as part of the process in restoring your hairs health. It is better to purchase your hair vitamines from a company that specialize in vitamins or be selective on your brands because some vitamines expell from your system before you can recieve the benefit of the product.
Organic Root Stimulater, Dr Miracle and Profective are all great products for our hair. Use these products in moderation. Its not the more you use that make the differents. It is how it is used. Drink plenty of water. Sweet potatoes and brocili are a great source of food for healthty hair.
